Having trouble with a slow or glitchy game? Don’t worry, here are a few easy steps to fix common performance issues.
Clear Your Browser Data
Over time, stored data from websites can cause glitches and slow down your experience. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies often resolves these issues.
How to Clear Your Browser Data:
- Chrome: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac). Set the time range to "All time," check the boxes for "Cookies" and "Cached images and files," and then click "Clear data."
- Firefox: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac). Select "Everything," check the boxes for "Cookies" and "Cache," and then click "Clear Now."
- Safari: Go to Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All > Remove Now.
- Edge: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete. Select "All time," check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," and then click "Clear now."
On Mobile:
- iPhone/iPad (Safari): Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
- Android (Chrome): Tap the menu (three dots) > History > Clear browsing data > Select "Cookies" and "Cache" > Clear data.
