Time Out vs. Self-Exclusion
A Time Out is a short-term break that cannot be changed once requested. Your account will automatically reactivate once the time period ends.
A Self-Exclusion is a more long-term option. It cannot be modified or reversed, and after the period ends, you must contact us to request reactivation, which is subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
Bypassing and Reactivation
Please do not try to bypass a break by creating new accounts or using different emails. Doing so may result in a permanent ban. Any activity or purchases on accounts created to avoid these tools will be your sole accountability.
If you request a Self-Exclusion, we will not contact you to reactivate your account. It will remain in place until you choose to request a reopening.
